Job summary

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Clinic Nurse for the OB-GYN Clinic to deliver comprehensive nursing care in a busy outpatient setting.

The RN will assess, plan, implement and document care, supervise clinical staff, and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize resources. WA RN licensure and CPR are required; 2+ years ambulatory or med-surg experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: WA RN licensure; CPR required.
• Experience: 2+ years ambulatory or med-surg experience.

Overlake Clinics, (OC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Overlake Medical Center, a thriving regional nonprofit healthcare system based in Bellevue. This position is based in Overlake's OB-GYN Clinic.

The Clinic Nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice. This encompasses primary care prevention and chronic disease management including self-management support and coordination of care. The RN is responsible for providing daily direction to non-provider clinical staff. Work with the healthcare team to identify appropriate utilization of resources.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required. BSN preferred.
• Professional Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current RN licensure in the State of Washington required. Current Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• Experience: Prefer a minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience in an ambulatory setting or inpatient experience in med-surg.
