This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under his/her direction. The Clinic Nurse provides a single standard of care to patients using evidence based disease state management clinical pathways. This encompasses primary care prevention and chronic disease management including self-management support and coordination of care. The RN is responsible for providing daily direction to non-provider clinical staff. Work with the healthcare team to identify appropriate utilization of resources. Full-time/ 40 hours per weekDay shift / 4 day 10 hours**Qualifications:*** Graduate from an accredited school of nursing **required**.
