Marion General Hospital, part of OhioHealth, seeks a Staff RN for the Observation Unit. This full-time position offers a 36-hour weekly schedule on the night shift (7p-7a) with weekend/shift differential eligibility.

The RN provides comprehensive nursing care and coordinates with the care team in a 24/7 unit, following Ohio Nurse Practice Act guidelines. Responsibilities include assessing patients, planning and implementing care, evaluating outcomes, and contributing to safety and quality

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsabilités

• Assessment and diagnosis of patient health status.
• Outcomes identification and planning for patient care.
• Implementation and evaluation of nursing interventions with ongoing revisions as needed.
• Provide leadership and participate in process improvements for safety and quality.
• Perform general nursing care across 24/7 hospital setting.
