Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
• Minimum one year of recent Observation or Med Surg department experience.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required within six months of hire.

RN - Observation | Full-Time Nights | PeaceHealth

PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Observation Unit in a Full-Time (0.90 FTE), Night Shift position.

Pay Range: $45.78 - $82.98 per hour, based on experience

This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement. Multiple openings may be available.

About the Role

As an Observation RN, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to a diverse patient population while collaborating closely with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members. You will play a key role in assessing patient needs, coordinating care, and ensuring positive clinical outcomes.
