PeaceHealth is seeking an RN for the Observation Unit, in a full-time night-shift role. The position includes 0.90 FTE, with training and support provided to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

You will assess and coordinate patient care, document thoroughly, and collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification required within six months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Document patient care accurately and according to established standards.
• Delegate and coordinate care activities with other members of the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with patients, families, providers, and caregivers to support exceptional care delivery.
• Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, infection prevention, and departmental initiatives.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing education and development.
