PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Observation Unit on a full-time night shift (0.90 FTE). The role offers competitive pay and potential hiring incentives within a supportive team environment, encouraging professional growth and meaningful patient care.

You will provide high-quality nursing care, coordinate with physicians and the care team, and support positive clinical outcomes for a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• BLS certification upon hire.
• Minimum one year of Observation or Med Surg experience.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification within six months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Document patient care accurately according to standards.
• Delegate and coordinate care activities with healthcare team.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and providers to ensure quality care.
• Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and infection prevention initiatives.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing education.
