AdventHealth Tampa seeks an experienced OB nurse to coordinate patient care, communicate with patients and providers, and maintain thorough documentation. This full‑time role emphasizes safe, efficient care and timely follow-ups after delivery and post-op discharge instructions.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, an Associate’s degree, and preferred Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years in OB settings. Day shifts, sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

• Good medical knowledge to assist doctor during patient coordination of care (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively with unit staff, physicians, and colleagues (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (preferred).
• Ability to work well independently and with others in a team environment (preferred).
• Proficiency with teaching patients and families (preferred).
• Detail-oriented with strong time management (preferred).
• Bi-lingual language skills (preferred).

• Collaborates with on-call physicians to monitor utilization of resources to deliver quality care in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

• Maintains accurate, legible documentation of patient medications, messages, sample meds, and pharmacy documentation.
