We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Unit Manager to lead our long-term rehabilitation unit at Masconomet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Topsfield, Massachusetts. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation and organization of the unit, ensuring the highest level of quality care for our patients. Documentation Requirements

• Documents and oversees completion of: incidents and/or unusual problems, provision of care, audits and tracks trends in patient care according to established facility procedures
• Oversees thorough and accurate documentation specific to regulatory requirements and overall provision of care
• Takes accountability and assumes responsibility for the overall plan of care for patients on Long Term Rehabilitation unit from admission through discharge; ensuring highest attainable outcomes

General Requirements

• Follows established performance standards and performs duties according to nursing service policies and procedures
• Assumes accountability for compliance with federal, state and local regulations within the unit assigned and within his/her span of control
• Listens tolerantly and patiently to resident and family complaints, addresses concerns promptly and escalates to Director of Nursing as appropriate
• Follows Resident's Rights policies at all times including confidentiality, privacy and dignity
• Consistently works cooperatively with residents, charge nurses, staff nurses, nursing assistants, physicians, families, consultant personnel, ancillary service providers and administration
• Performs other related duties as directed by Director of Nursing and/or Administrator
