We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our clinical team. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and guiding a team of nurses (LPNs, CNAs) to provide the highest quality care.
Clinical Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate unit nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and adherence to care plans.
Resident Care: Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans, conducting regular assessments.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and facility policies.
Family Communication: Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and residents regarding care options and changes in condition.
Quality Assurance: Participate in wound management, infection control, and incident investigations.
Current, active PA state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
Previous leadership experience (e.g., Charge Nurse, Supervisor) is a plus.
Strong knowledge of MDS, state/federal regulations, and care planning.
Exceptional communication and team-building skills.
