Job summary

Elliot Health System is seeking an RN Nursing Supervisor for the Transfer Center in Manchester, NH. This leadership role oversees nursing care and hospital operations, coordinating admissions and inter-facility transfers to optimize bed capacity and patient flow.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN with an active NH license, 5+ years as a charge nurse, BLS, and supervisory experience; ACLS and EMR experience are preferred assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Current NH, compact, or multistate RN licensure required.
• Minimum five years of charge nurse experience.
• BLS certification required. ACLS preferred.
• Clinical and supervisory experience preferred.
• Transfer center experience preferred.
• EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care and hospital clinical operations.
• Facilitate admissions and transfers from internal and external sites.
• Coordinate patient access for emergent and urgent treatment.
• Optimize bed assignments and patient flow.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing teams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prioritize placements.
