Job summary

Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH is seeking an experienced RN Nursing Supervisor for the Transfer Center to oversee nursing care and hospital operations, ensuring patient flow and safe transfers.

The role requires a BSN, NH/compact licensure, at least five years of charge nurse experience, and leadership in fast-paced, multidisciplinary settings. Night shift, full-time with generous bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• RN license in NH, compact, or multistate.
• Minimum 5 years of charge nurse experience.
• BLS required. ACLS preferred.
• Clinical experience strongly preferred.
• Transfer-center or similar coordination experience preferred.
• EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care and hospital operations in alignment with policies and standards.
• Facilitate admissions and transfers into the hospital from internal and external sites.
• Prioritize admissions and optimize bed assignments and patient flow.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to care teams and foster professional growth.
• Lead situational huddles and debrief after critical events.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions.
