Qualifikationen

• Current RN license in the state you will be working (IL).
• Two years of long-term care supervisory experience preferred.
• Three to five years of long-term care experience or similar nursing experience.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, visitors, and staff.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; mobility required.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and assist with resident transfers.

• Assigns staff according to policies and ensures equal distribution of duties.
• Completes rounds to assess residents and care needs.
• Reports concerns to appropriate staff in a timely, professional manner.
• Directs care with nursing judgment and delegates responsibilities as needed.
