Qualifications

• Must hold a Montana RN license or compact license from a qualifying state.
• Excellent reading, writing and spoken English.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities and ensure quality patient care.
• Provide professional leadership and uphold patient confidentiality.
• Coordinate staff shifts, rounds and patient care needs.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and coordination with physicians.
