Qualifications

• Must hold a current Montana License as a Registered Nurse or a current compact license from a qualifying state.
• Must be in good physical and mental health to maintain performance.
• Must read, write, speak and comprehend English clearly.
• Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetic devices to fulfill duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities while on duty.
• Ensure nursing care adheres to Long Term Care and CAH Federal, State and local standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of patients, physicians and staff.
• Assist with on-call duties and be available beyond normal hours when required.
• Coordinate with Health Team for patient care through rounds and transfers.
