Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plans for total care of each resident in line with physician orders, regulations and policies.
• Communicate and interpret policies to nursing staff and monitor practice implementation.
• Participate in admissions decisions and may visit prospective residents before admissions.
• Attend daily and weekly management meetings to discuss resident status, census changes, personnel, or concerns.
