Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of recent clinical supervisory experience or charge nurse experience desired.
• Certification within area of expertise or practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises personnel and coordinates shift activities of Nursing.
• Ensures compliance with entity/department goals and clinical resource utilization.
• Acts on behalf of Nurse Manager/Director in their absence.
