Job summary

Guthrie in Sayre, Oklahoma is seeking a registered nurse to deliver professional, comprehensive care in an acute care setting. The RN will provide coordinated, evidence‑based nursing to patients and families, aligning with state practice acts, ANA ethics, and unit standards.

Qualifications include an active RN license in the state, BSN preferred, BLS; ACLS unit dependent; and specialty certification preferred. At least one year of experience is required or transition from the NLRN program.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse currently licensed in the state of employment.
• BSN in Nursing preferred.
• Specialty Certification is preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS is unit dependent.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patients' care; develop and coordinate plan of care.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic patient care.
• Facilitate learning for patients, families, and staff.
• Ensure safety and quality; integrate evidence-based practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and leadership within the care setting.
• Contribute to planning and presenting educational programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
