INTEGRIS Woodward Medical Center in Woodward, OK is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure safe, high-quality patient care. You will work with the Clinic Administrator on long-range planning and annual budgeting, while maintaining compliance with JCAHO, OSHA and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Oklahoma or eNLC multi-state license.
• BLS certification required.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervises department staff, including hiring, training, evaluating performance and disciplinary sessions.
• Works with Clinic Administrator in development of the 10-year plan and annual budget.
• Assumes responsibility for the Clinic Administrator in the administrator absence.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and professional nursing standards (JCAHO, OSHA, HIPAA).
• Responsible for patient safety and risk management; identifies high risk situations and initiates problem-solving.
• Reports to the Clinic Administrator and Director of Operations for INTEGRIS Physicians Services.
• For ISMC only: collaborates with Neurologist to meet Stroke core measures and ensure timely interventions.

Formation
