Job summary

Northridge Health & Rehab in Georgia seeks an experienced Registered Nurse leader to assist the Director of Nursing in organizing daily nursing operations and supervising licensed and unlicensed staff. You will oversee admissions, discharges, and care coordination, ensuring Medicare documentation and regulatory compliance.

You will maintain strong communication with physicians, families, and hospital partners, supporting patient care planning and staff development.

Qualifications

• RN leadership experience or supervisory practice preferred.
• Experience coordinating care plans and MDS processes.
• Strong documentation and billing aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Nursing in organizing and directing daily nursing staff.
• Admit, discharge and transfer patients as needed.
• Coordinate care plans and MDS processes with physicians and staff.
• Maintain effective communication with attending physicians and families.
• Ensure proper documentation and Medicare compliance.
