Qualifications

• Active RN license to practice in the State of Georgia.
• A Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Leadership experience in nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and directs day-to-day nursing staff functions.
• Admits, discharges and transfers patients as needed.
• Maintains documentation and billing supplies
• Coordinates care planning and MDS processes
• Supervises licensed and unlicensed staff with compliant practices
• Communicates with physicians and family members regularly.
