Job summary

Scott Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our full-time Day shift team. You will assist the Director of Nursing with directing, evaluating, and supervising patient care, and help develop individualized plans of care in a compassionate, mission-driven nonprofit setting.

You will coordinate rehab and restorative nursing programs, participate in care conferences, and help implement quality assurance and infection control initiatives while promoting open

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care nursing center.
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Education/experience in rehabilitative, geriatric, or psychosocial nursing.
• RN license from Georgia; RN degree from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Nursing with directing, evaluating, and supervising patient care.
• Assist with assessing patient care needs and developing individualized plans of care.
• Assist with assessing patient needs and recommending rehabilitation programs.
• Assist with evaluating patient care in relation to the physician's plan of care.
• Assist with reporting problems to the Administrator and daily patient rounds.
• Assist with coordinating care planning/MDS process and committee meetings.
