Suncoast Community Health Centers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead nursing teams across multiple Florida centers. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, staff development, and ensuring high-quality patient care in a community health setting.

The supervisor will coordinate care, evaluate performance, and uphold OSHA/HIPAA standards while collaborating with medical leadership to optimize operations. Florida RN licensure is required with BLS compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Active and unrestricted RN license in Florida.
• BLS certification within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage nursing, phlebotomist, referrals and medical assistant staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex issues or discrepancies.
• Monitor the team's productivity and provide regular feedback to ensure high performance.
• Ensure the team adheres to SCHC principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote staff development through mentorship, training, and professional growth opportunities.
• Conduct annual employee evaluations, manage weekly time schedules, and oversee vacation schedules as assigned.
• Facilitate quality assurance initiatives to enhance patient care and ensure compliance with FQHC, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA and HIPAA standards.
• Lead interdisciplinary collaboration to achieve organizational goals and address patient needs.
