Job summary
Shoreside Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day nursing operations and ensure high-quality care for residents in a Florida facility. You will supervise staff, review care plans, and liaise with physicians to maintain patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
- Active RN/LPN license required.
- Current registration and license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state employed in.
- Peripheral IV certification.
- Minimum 5+ years nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or other healthcare setting and a minimum 1-year experience as a nurse supervisor.
- CPR/BLS certified.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, laws, regulations for nursing care centers.
- Reading, writing, speaking and understanding English required.
Responsibilities
- Supervises clinical care planning and delivery to ensure quality patient care.
- Assesses residents upon admission and as conditions change.
- Performs rounds to evaluate patient condition.
- Delivers or assists with direct patient care including ADLs, meals, meds, treatments and activities.
- Obtains and implements Physician Orders and ensures accuracy.
