Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to lead in-home skilled nursing across a designated Florida territory. This full-time role requires travel to patient homes and supervision of field nurses to deliver high-quality care.

You will conduct initial and ongoing assessments, ensure care plans align with physician orders, and collaborate with operations to meet regulatory standards. A valid RN license, CPR certification, and driving distance are essential.

Qualifications

Current RN license in good standing.
Minimum 1 year hands-on nursing experience.
Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass MVR check.
Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC).
Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care for all age groups.

Responsibilities

Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development
Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations; review physician orders and update care plans.
Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and validating clinical staff
Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery
Collaborate with operations and business teams
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies
