Atrium Health in Georgia seeks a Nursing Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight across LiveWell Care locations, including Milledgeville and Macon.

The full-time role (40 hours/week) supports nursing practice, staff development, and regulatory compliance, with typical hours 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; travel to sites may be required. Compensation ranges from $41.10 to $61.65 per hour, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in appropriate state.
• Minimum two years nursing experience preferred.
• BSN required; enrollment in BSN program acceptable within 1 year if not yet completed.
• BLS required; professional certification within 1 year of eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Supports the manager in improving nursing practice and delivery of care.
• Leads teammates to promote a healthy work environment and innovation.
• Coaches and counsels staff, including disciplinary actions when needed.
• Participates in interviewing, selecting, and supervising nursing personnel.
• Coordinates communication via staff meetings and huddles across shifts.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state laws and internal policies.
• Manages patient flow, staffing, and resource utilization.
• Delegates care tasks to appropriate staff.
