Advocate Health is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for Livewell Care in Macon, GA. The role provides clinical leadership and operational support across multiple Georgia locations, with standard weekday hours and occasional travel to events.

The supervisor will lead nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate patient flow, while supporting the department’s quality and care delivery goals. Ideal candidates hold an RN license with BSN and have at least two years of nursing experience,

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in appropriate state.
• Minimum two years nursing experience preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• BSN required.
• RN candidates for external hire or internal promotion without BSN must enroll in BSN within 1 year and complete within 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and operational support across locations.
• Engage teammates and lead in professional practice to drive care innovation.
• Assist with interview, selection, and supervision of nursing personnel.
• Coordinate communication via staff meetings to share information and foster dialogue.
