Advocate Health in Georgia seeks a Nursing Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and day-to-day operational support across locations in the Central Georgia market, including Morrow. You will collaborate with the manager to ensure safe patient care, staff development, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a BSN and RN licensure with at least two years of nursing experience; leadership experience is preferred. Expect a 40-hour week, with travel to regional sites as needed.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in appropriate state.
• Minimum two years nursing experience preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• BSN required.
• RN candidates for external hire or internal promotion without BSN must be enrolled in a BSN program within 1 year of Hire/Transfer date and must complete program within 3 years of enrollment in the program.
• BLS certification required within policy guidelines.
• Professional certification within 1 year of eligibility for certification exam.
