The role leads clinical practice, supports multiple Central Georgia locations, and drives quality care delivery across the population served. You will oversee staffing and events, ensuring efficient patient flow and adherence to standards.

The position requires RN licensure, a BSN, BLS, and management experience. Expect a 40-hour workweek with typical hours 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in appropriate state.
• BSN required; if not enrolled, must enroll within 1 year and complete within 3 years.
• BLS required per policy guidelines.
• Professional certification within 1 year of eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and operational support across locations.
• Coach and counsel teammates; assist with discipline when needed.
• Participate in interview, selection, and supervision of nursing personnel.
• Coordinate communication and staff meetings to ensure timely information exchange.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
