Job summary

Park Meadows Post Acute is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise daily nursing activities across shifts in a long-term care facility. The role requires leadership to direct nursing services in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and to participate in quality assurance and committee activities.

The ideal candidate holds a nursing degree, active RN license in the state, and CPR certification, with preferred PCC experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license in this state.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Knowledge and experience with PCC is preferred.
• Must maintain all required continuing education/licensing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during the tour of duty.
• Direct nursing services in accordance with regulations and facility policies.
• Participate in quality assurance, infection control, and committee activities as directed.
• Manage staffing, delegate to Charge Nurses, and oversee licensed and certified nursing staff.
