Job summary

Fox-Hollow-Post-Acute is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities and ensure adherence to applicable federal, state, and local standards. The role involves coordinating with the Director of Nursing and ADON to maintain high-quality resident care in a long-term care facility.

Responsibilities include assisting in policy development, updating procedures, and ensuring staff comply with Nursing Service Manual.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nursing Degree required from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years experience in long-term care preferred.
• Current CPR certification and licensure as RN in state.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during tour of duty.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and regulations.
• Assist the DON/ADON in directing nursing services and policies.
• Develop and update Nursing Service Procedures Manual and policies.
• Review and report on nursing service performance to the Director of Nursing.
