You will direct staffing, enforce policies, review discharge plans, write reports, and participate in the facility’s quality assurance and safety programs to maintain high quality resident care.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of PCC preferred.

• Review care plans daily and ensure adherence to the care plan.
• Greet new residents and escort to rooms.
• Participate in developing and maintaining the facility's quality assurance program.
