Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and supervise staffing plans.
• Ensure adherence to facility policies and Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
• Review and revise department policies; participate in QA activities.
• Plan shifts, services, and activities in coordination with staff.
• Maintain discharge plans, coordinate resident care, and participate in surveys.
• Complete and review charting, medication administration, and documentation.
• Meet with staff to discuss care plans, performance, and compliance.
• Monitor resident records, nutrition orders, and treatment plans as required.
