Job summary

Fox Hollow Post Acute is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (LPN/LVN or RN) to oversee daily nursing activities and supervise nursing assistants. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, policies, and procedures to maintain the highest quality of resident care.

The role emphasizes leadership, charting accuracy, medication oversight, and collaboration with other departments to ensure safe, compassionate, and compliant care for residents each day.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN or RN in the state.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to lead and supervise nursing staff.
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, and implement nursing programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day nursing activities and supervise CNAs.
• Ensure compliance with written policies and procedures.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and related documentation.
• Participate in quality assurance and facility surveys.
• Complete and review resident care plans and discharge plans.
• Oversee medication administration and narcotic records.
