Job summary

Fox Hollow Post Acute is seeking an LPN/LVN supervisor to direct daily nursing assistant functions, ensure adherence to policies, and participate in quality assurance activities. You will coordinate care plans, charts, and resident safety, while leading a team of nurses and aides to deliver high-quality resident care in a long-term care setting.

The role requires licensing, English proficiency, and strong organizational skills to manage care plans and respond to regulatory surveys.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret nursing programs and procedures.
• Must participate in safety, infection control, and quality assurance activities.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and ensure compliance with policies.
• Develop and maintain the care plan, charts, and nursing records.
• Participate in audits, surveys, and quality assurance activities.
• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff on the unit/shift.
• Ensure staffing needs and nurse aide training adherence.
