Job summary

Providence Place, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN required) to lead nursing services and daily clinical operations in a compassionate senior care setting.

The role focuses on directing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with leadership to deliver high-quality care across Transitional Care, Long-Term, and Memory Care services. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of two years’ management or supervisory experience in long‑term or acute care is preferred.
• Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing staff for provision of quality resident care that meets standards.
• Schedule and perform rounds to monitor nursing care quality and appropriateness.
• Maintain charting, documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
