CommuniCare Health Services seeks an experienced RN Nursing Manager with QI and infection control responsibilities to lead a skilled nursing team. You will oversee nursing operations, drive quality improvement initiatives, and coordinate staff development to ensure exceptional patient care.

This role requires an active RN license, supervisory experience in long-term care, and a commitment to delivering person-centered care across our facilities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in the state where the center is located.
• Maintain "Train The Trainer" certificate for STNA training.
• Prior staff development experience in long-term care desirable.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a long-term care center.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
