The Waters of Greencastle, The, LLC is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the Nursing Department. The role focuses on maximizing resident independence through holistic care, while maintaining strong collaboration with other departments.

Qualificações

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Experience or education in nursing management/administration.
• Ability to work with elders and adapt to diverse resident needs.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, directing and evaluating Nursing Department services.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels through training and personnel processes.
• Communicate changes in resident status to physicians and families promptly.
• Lead monthly internal audits of Quality Indicators and implement standards of care.
• Work on the floor as needed and supervise in the absence of the Director.
