Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, organizing, directing and evaluating Nursing Department services.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and supervision across shifts; coordinate with physicians and families as needed.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and quality indicators.
• Work on the floor when necessary and perform internal audits of quality metrics.
