Waters of Batesville is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in planning, directing, and evaluating nursing services for residents. The ADON will work with other departments to meet facility goals, ensuring a holistic and rehabilitative approach to care.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN licensure in Indiana.
• One year of nursing management/administration experience preferred.
• Desire to work with elders and those needing assistance.
• Mental and physical capacity to perform essential duties.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, directing, and evaluating nursing services.
• Ensure staffing levels and training meet resident needs.
• Monitor care quality and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate changes in resident status to physicians and families.
• Supervise on the floor when needed and uphold policies.
• Conduct monthly internal audits of quality indicators.
