Job summary

Candidates must hold an RN license (WV/VA eligible), an Associate degree in Nursing; BSN is preferred, and BLS is required. The role includes participation in professional development and safety initiatives within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Registered Nurse licensure required.
• BLS certification required.
• Must be licensed or eligible to practice in WV/VA per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, evaluation and documentation.
• Direct, coordinate and implement patient teaching and quality/safety initiatives.
• Lead teamwork and professional communication; act as Charge Nurse when needed.
