Qualifications

• RN diploma/ASN/ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Virginia RN license or eligible to practice in Virginia (multistate license or single-state license).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Ensure quality communication, teamwork and professional conduct.
• Act as Charge Nurse as assigned; participate in PI activity and department initiatives.
• Direct, coordinate and facilitate patient teaching and staff activities; maintain professional standards.
