The RN II delivers nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation, coordinating patient teaching and safety initiatives while supporting quality communication, teamwork and leadership. Education: RN Diploma/ASN/ADN required; BSN preferred.

Licensure in VA/WV or eligibility; BLS required. Advancing requires 1872 hours (936 if BSN).

Qualifications

• RN license required; valid in Virginia/West Virginia or eligible for licensure.
• BLS certification (AHA Healthcare Provider) required.
• Advancement requires 1872 hours of RN experience; BSN reduces to 936 hours.
