Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management in Rocky Mount, NC seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to lead nursing services in a long-term care and sub-acute setting. You will oversee care delivery, coordinate clinical operations, and guide a dedicated team toward regulatory compliance and quality outcomes.

You will collaborate with administrators, HR, and clinical staff to implement care standards, manage budgets, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• ASN or higher nursing degree.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• 1+ year nursing leadership experience.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing/sub-acute care preferred.
• Proficiency with PC, Windows, Office, and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, coordination and evaluation of nursing care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility.
• Plan, coordinate and manage the clinical department, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance; manage budget and staff; back up Nursing Home Administrator as needed.
