Job summary

Rocky Mount Rehabilitation Center in North Carolina is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator with RN leadership background to oversee clinical operations in a long-term care and skilled nursing/sub-acute setting. You will coordinate care, manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and work with the administrator for strategic goals.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of nursing leadership, a valid RN license, and proficiency with EMR and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• ASN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice.
• 1+ year nursing leadership experience required.
• Prior LTC or sub-acute care leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, coordination and evaluation of nursing care in a long-term care and skilled nursing/sub-acute setting.
• Lead and oversee the center's clinical staff and budget; backup for Nursing Home Administrator as needed.
