Qualifications

• ASN or higher nursing degree and RN license in the state of practice.

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing/sub-acute settings preferred.
• Proficient with EMR systems and basic PC software.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction, coordination and evaluation of nursing care and services in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the clinical department, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance, and assist in budget management.
