Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management seeks an experienced Nursing Administrator to lead the clinical team in a skilled nursing/sub-acute facility. This role will coordinate nursing care, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the Nursing Home Administrator as needed.

The candidate will oversee budgeting, staff leadership, and EMR workflow, while advancing patient-centered care and staff development in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• ASN or higher degree required.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice required.
• 1+ years nursing leadership experience required.
• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing/sub-acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction, coordination and evaluation of nursing care and services in a long-term care and skilled nursing/sub-acute care center.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the clinical department, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and budget management; provide leadership and oversight of clinical staff.
