The ideal candidate holds an ASN or Nursing Diploma with RN/LPN licensure in the state, plus 1+ years of relevant nursing experience. This is an on-site role focused on a collaborative, patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• ASN or Practical Nursing Diploma required.
• Active RN or LPN licensure in the state of practice required.
• One (1+) years nursing experience required; Sub-Acute or Long-Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and restore health of resident patients.
• Act as main point of contact between residents and their families.
• Address and prevent concerns from family members.
