Job summary

SanStone Health & Rehabilitation in North Carolina is seeking an experienced RN Nursing Supervisor to lead nursing services in our long-term care facility. You will plan policies, supervise staff, ensure quality documentation, and coordinate care for residents.

The role runs 7 PM–7 AM with every-other weekend rotation; competitive wages, same-day pay, solid benefits, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus are offered to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as Nursing Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (minimum).
• Valid nursing license required.
• Healthcare administration certification is a plus.
• Depth of knowledge of nursing standards and hospital procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule management and staff assignment for nursing team.
• Ensure adherence to nursing standards and policies.
• Maintain quality documentation and patient records.
• Generate reports for senior management.
• Educate and train new nurses and evaluate staff performance.
• Communicate procedures and instructions to patients and families.
• Provide support during medical and psychiatric emergencies.
