Job summary

Peterson Park Health Care Center in Chicago, IL, is seeking a compassionate RN Supervisor with long-term care experience to lead a clinical unit and support our dedicated team. You will oversee nursing staff, ensure infection prevention practices, maintain staffing levels, and contribute to a culture of quality care for residents, including those in the Evergreen Unit.

Requirements include an Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of RN experience; five years preferred.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered State of Illinois RN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of RN experience required; five years in a nurse department management role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of the assigned unit and supervise clinical staff.
• Provide guidance and education to staff and ensure infection prevention practices.
• Ensure adequate staffing to meet residents' needs and uphold high quality care.
