Job summary

Texas RN license and supervisory experience required; salary ranges from $72,800 to $130,000 annually, plus
Qualifications
- RN from accredited nursing program.
- Active Texas license; ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications as appropriate.
- 4+ years clinical RN experience with at least 2 years supervisory/management experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction for the clinic staff and nursing programs.
- Mentor clinical staff and conduct regular staff meetings for education and problem resolution.
- Promote compassionate patient care and monitor patient satisfaction outcomes.
- Ensure safe, efficient care and adherence to quality improvement and regulatory standards.
